By receiving any services, you agree to and acknowledge the following policies:

Skin Reactions
Clients with diabetes are advised to inform our staff to avoid cutting too close to cuticles, minimizing the risk of bleeding or infection.

Medical Conditions
City Nails is not responsible for skin reactions to nail products or chemicals. Please inform our staff before service if you have known sensitivities.

Exchange and Refund
No refunds or exchanges will be issued after services have been rendered.

Pricing
Prices are listed on the menu and should be discussed prior to your service. No price adjustments after service completion.

Kids
For safety and insurance reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times and remain seated with their parents. You are responsible for any damages caused by your children.

LASH POLICY

By receiving any services, you agree to and acknowledge the following policies:

Strip Lashes
If you experience any issues within 3 days, we’ll gladly fix them free of charge. Concerns after 3 days may require an additional fee.

Individuals
Individual lashes typically last 2–3 days with proper care. We cannot guarantee wear beyond this period.

Exchange and Refund
No refunds or exchanges after services are completed.
